Making an Appointment

If you wish to bring more than one animal in to the surgery, it will be necessary to book an appointment for each individual patient. We will try to give you consecutive appointments as necessary.

We have some afternoon consulting sessions reserved purely for cats and small furries, so if you would prefer these, please ask.

Appointments should be made by telephoning, calling into reception or requesting online. A 24-hour emergency service is available at all other times. Find our contact details here.

Fees and Terms 

Unfortunately, there is no NHS service for pets but we make every effort to keep our fees as affordable as possible, whilst still maintaining a high standard of medical and surgical care. To help us achieve this, we request that payment be made at the time of the consultation or on collection of your pet after surgery or hospitalisation.

We are happy to provide estimates of likely costs for any treatment at the outset. In most cases, we believe that Pet Insurance is highly beneficial and should be considered.

We accept payment by cash, cheque (supported by an address and phone number), credit or debit cards.
